Mr. Goldstein has been the President of RPM since its inception in 1980. Concurrently with running the financial aspects of RPM’s property management and financial brokerage operations, Mr. Goldstein was from 1998 – 2009 a Vice-President of Investments for Marcus & Millichap, one of the country’s leading investment brokerage firms. During his time at Marcus & Millichap, he and his partner Les Aron were responsible for the sale of several of the firm’s largest shopping center transactions in the state of Florida.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Pace College in New York and an MBA in Finance from the Bernard Baruch School of Business, also in New York.
He currently serves on the University of South Florida’s (USF) Foundation Board and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of USF’s Bulls Club (the major fund-raising arm of USF’s athletic department). He has also served on the Board of Directors of JNF Tampa Bay and the Advisory Board of First Citrus Bank.
Mr. Aron is a Managing Member of RPM, responsible for day to day property management operations of the portfolio. Together with his partner David Goldstein, the pair successfully developed strip centers throughout Florida. All were pre-leased prior to construction and were built within budget.
From 1998 – 2009 Mr. Aron was also a Vice-President of Investments for Marcus & Millichap, closing in excess of $100,000,000 of retail investments in the state of Florida.
He is a graduate of Warren G Harding Technical Institute and currently serves as a Board Member of Kids Wish Network in Holiday, FL.
Dimitrios J. Langas
With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management, valuation and investment sales with total transaction and valuations exceeding $250M covering all major product types, Dimitrios J. Langas has represented high net worth individuals, private funds, and institutions. Mr. Langas has vast experience in real estate partnerships, acquisitions and due diligence. He has broad leasing and investment sales experience with the nations largest real estate investment firms such as Marcus & Millichap and DTZ (Cushman & Wakefield). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Stony Brook University and a Masters of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University. Mr. Langas has served as a past Chapter President for AHEPA (the largest association of American citizens of Greek heritage and Philhellenes with more than 400 chapters worldwide). AHEPA’s mission is to promote the ancient Greek ideals of Education, Philanthropy, Civic Responsibility, and Family and Individual Excellence through community service and volunteerism. He is also a member of ICSC, IREM, BOMA, and a CCIM candidate.
George D. Langas
George D. Langas has been involved in Commercial Real Estate for over 20 years. His previous work experience include investment sales with national firms such as Marcus & Millichap and Grubb & Ellis in Tampa, FL. His experience also includes working with private real estate firms and funds involved in syndications and investments. His diversified and accomplished commercial real estate background and experience includes land development, site acquisition, affordable housing, senior housing and management.
George’s specialties include land use and entitlements for ground up development, adding value for clients using superior analysis and ability to market, negotiate and successfully transact income property acquisitions/dispositions.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of South Florida and a Masters of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University.

Wanda De Boer
Managing Director – Retail Services
Wanda De Boer has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on representation of both landlords and tenants through the sale, ground lease and leasing of multi tenant and net leased properties.
Wanda has 20 years of success simultaneously owning and operating two real estate firms specializing in tenant representation, consulting/ leasing and retail property management.
In 2005, she started a development firm with partners and transformed a light industrial zoned site into Oldsmar’s first, mixed use, office over retail development, comprising 65,000 s/f.
She has extensive experience in shopping center re-development and renovation as well as ground up development and has worked with hundreds of local, regional and national retailers, banks and restaurateurs on Florida’s west coast.
Ms. De Boer graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Marketing from Florida State University and holds a real estate broker’s license and a mortgage broker’s license.

Ms. Ortiz has been the Operations Manager of RPM since 2008. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day property needs by maintaining communication with all tenants and vendors.
Prior to joining RPM, Ms. Ortiz worked at First Magnus Financial as a Mortgage Funder of residential loans with an annual funding average of $144 million in non-deficient loans.
Marketing and Operations Manager
Ms. Goodall joined RPM in September 2018 as Marketing Coordinator and Junior Leasing Agent. She has since assumed the role of Marketing and Operations Manager.
She graduated with honors from the University of South Florida in 2016 and received a bachelors degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in Creative Advertising. She received her Florida Real Estate Sale Associate License in April 2019.
Senior Property Accountant
Ellen Holloway graduated summa cum laude from Florida Metropolitan University in July 2000, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Afterwards she began working in the real estate industry, first as a construction accountant and then as a property accountant. She is currently RPM’s Senior Property Accountant with over 18 years of experience. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports and traveling.
Property Accountant – Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Gwen Taylor joined RPM Realty Management, LLC in April 2014 as a Property Accountant. Gwen started out in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. She now oversees all of Accounts Payable for 26 Commercial Properties.
Gwen’s background includes a variety of positions over the years in both property management and leasing. Gwen enjoys being involved and a part of all aspects of commercial real estate. Working with owners, vendors, and tenants has been a very rewarding career.
Gwen has been in the retail property management business for more than 30 years; and she has held a Real Estate Salesperson’s License for the past 18 years. Gwen is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, and exhibits professionalism through her work.
When away from the office Gwen stays busy spending time with her 7 grandchildren and volunteering at their schools and other local events in the Odessa, FL area.
